Partnered with Wharton Smith, Inc. on this project; the scope consists of constructing a reclaimed water storage tank and high service pump facility to support the City of Orlando’s reclaimed water distribution system in the Lake Nona area. Work includes site preparation, excavation, grading, and construction of foundations. The work generally includes the construction of a reclaimed water storage facility designed to provide approximately 3 million gallons of reclaimed water storage capacity, along with a high service pump facility (HSPF) to repump reclaimed water into the distribution system to meet peak irrigation and reuse demands.   

 

Brevard County Lift Stations F-01 & F-04 Replacement

The project consists of the demolition, replacement, and upgrade of two existing wastewater pump stations identified as Lift Station F-01 and Lift Station F-04 within Brevard County, Florida. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing lift station components at F-01 and at Lift Station F-04. The scope includes site preparation, demolition of existing structures and mechanical/electrical equipment, installation of new wet wells and valve vaults as required, new submersible pumps and piping systems, force main connections, valves, and associated appurtenances. The project also includes installation of electrical and control systems, including control panels, telemetry/SCADA integration, standby power provisions if required, and all associated wiring and instrumentation. Civil work includes excavation, backfill, concrete structures, piping installation, site grading, and restoration of disturbed areas.

SanPik, Inc. provided the services to Orange county, the scope of work includes the installation and rehabilitation of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, force mains, gravity sewer lines, lift stations, and stormwater drainage infrastructure. Work is performed to include excavation, trenching, pipe installation, manholes and utility structures, valve installations, pump station components, and site utility connections.  All work is carried out with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality to support dependable utility infrastructure for the communities served.

SanPik was awarded this job by the City of Maitland in 2021. This job consisted of the installation of 6,000lf of PVC sewer pipe sizes ranging from 8″ to 24″. 3,320lf of 14″ HDPE Force Main. Complete road, sidewalk and landscape restoration. Also included demolition of existing lift station and the installation of a new submersible triplex lift station.
